Being a Pacer

I’m asked questions about being a pacer regularly. How do you get into pacing? How do you pace? Why do you pace? I’m always happy to answer any questions, so feel free to ask me anything.

I love pacing, and I have had many great experiences pacing with Xempo, Runner’s World and other events.

Recently Red Squirrel Running asked me to do a blog for them about pacing, so here it is:

  1. Thanks for all the advice Paul! Managed to pick up a space to pace the Great North Run later in the year thanks to you! Would not have even considered this if I hadn’t been following you on twitter and reading the above! Keep up the good work! Hopefully see you at a race sometime soon!
